台中自治街鄭宅

榮獲 2025 芬蘭 Arch 設計大獎（Arch Design Award）銀獎肯定的本案，是一場從「家」出發、為未來生活鋪展的空間轉化。隨著三位女兒長大成人，屋主決定將原辦公用途的舊宅重新規劃，委託設計團隊量身打造一處專屬於三姊妹的共居住所。這不只是機能的整併，更是一場貼合性格、生活與成長軌跡的空間對話。

Awarded the Silver Prize at the 2025 Arch Design Award in Finland, this project is a thoughtful transformation that begins with the idea of “home” and unfolds into a space designed for future living. As the homeowner’s three daughters reached adulthood, the original office space was reimagined and entrusted to a design team to craft a shared residence tailored specifically for the sisters. More than a reorganization of functions, this renovation represents a spatial dialogue aligned with their personalities, lifestyles, and evolving paths in life.
