服務範圍涵蓋預售屋客變、毛胚屋規劃裝修、新成屋設計施工及中古屋翻修，累積豐富實務經驗與口碑。商業空間設計實績遍及飲料店、火鍋店、補習班、服飾店、醫美診所、牙醫診所以及精品超市，以實用機能結合美學品味，打造具辨識度與市場競爭力的空間作品。

Li-Chi Design was founded in 2003, dedicated to exploring the subtle balance between space and life. With professional craftsmanship and refined design language, we tailor ideal residences and commercial spaces for each client.

Our services cover pre-sale apartment modifications, bare-shell unit planning and decoration, new home design and construction, as well as renovation of existing homes—earning extensive practical experience and client trust.

In commercial design, our portfolio spans beverage shops, hotpot restaurants, tutorial centers, fashion boutiques, aesthetic clinics, dental clinics, and premium supermarkets. We integrate functionality with aesthetic taste to create distinctive and competitive spaces.
